Exploratory Herbal Mentorship is a potent offering that works with Traditional ways of learning about Herbal Medicine - through working with the Plants directly. Connecting with the Plants, deepening relationship, and learning through shared wisdom & knowledge. Learning through experience & tending to your relationship with self as well.

During the 3.5 months of working together, you will work with 5 different plant medicines (and 1 BONUS Plant Medicine for integration), each in a unique form - tincture, flower essence, oil, etc. You will spend a half moon cycle, or two weeks, with each Medicine. Cultivating a deeper relationship and understanding of the Plant's Spirit and Physical Medicine properties. Understanding practical applications in when to work with them, and how.

We will be journeying with 6 NEW Plant Medicines, different from previous cohorts.

This offering is self paced, though we flow together with each half Moon. It is adaptable to your rhythms & routines, and meant to be supportive.

During each half Moon phase, you will be guided to work with the Medicines through ritual, shared recipes, Plant Spirit messages, as well as an in depth Herbal Monograph* (typically 14-20 pages, PDF and downloadable for you to keep).

You will also be a part of our virtual Medicine Circle via Teachable & a Facebook like community where we will gather to share what Medicine we are receiving from each plant - this may be through dreams, through direct knowing, through physical changes, shifts in perspective, mood, or any number ways of understanding the Plants on a deeper level. I share prompts & check ins as well, to guide your journey.

When we share our stories, and how the herbs impact us, we begin gather a broader and more whole understanding of the Plants. Similarly when we learn this way through teachings we gather a wider perspective. Understanding the Plants through various perspectives heightens our ability to work with Plant Medicine effectively. We learn which people might benefit from which plants, we learn their energetic & esoteric properties, and we may match them accordingly. When we discern which plants to use during certain times & with what type of person/symptom/energy, we become better practitioners & healers. This includes working with them for personal healing, home herbalism, community work, and relationship as well. Learning from one another is also beneficial, in circle vs. learning from one perspective or Teacher (the Plants themselves being our main Teachers in this offering :)).

As we all work with these Plants together, we expand our ability to understand their nature, Spirit, while weaving shared connection with one another. Remembering this belonging - it isn't uncommon for similar threads of experience to start popping up among the circle as we access each Plant's wisdom. Often we may share similar dreams & synchronicities as this container is held, and amplified, through each one of us being present to the Plant's Spirit. It's a really special offering, and one dear to my Heart, as I longed for this type of learning while in Naturopathic Medical School. While the chemical constituents, dosages, interactions, energetics etc are vital, so is our relationship with the Plants, the Land, ourselves & one another.

When does the course start and finish?

This self paced course starts with the Full Moon October 17th and continues for 12 weeks. Guiding us from the potency of Autumn and Samhain through the Winter Solstice and beginning our New Year with our BONUS Plant Kin. Clearing, learning, connecting & healing through the last months of 2024. You will have lifetime access to this course, the downloadable PDFs, and can absolutely go at your own pace with the Plant Medicines & Course material. It is meant to support you & flow with your rhythms and day to day routines...

How long do I have access to the course?

Lifetime access! After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own. All of the Monographs are also downloadable, some students have chosen to make beautiful bound books with their lessons.

How much time commitment do I need?

This course is meant to flow with your Life & be supportive in your schedule. We spend a full 2 weeks with each Medicine, so there is plenty of time to get to know them. Some folks may choose to work with our Medicine for 1-5 minutes a day, just noticing their dreams + how they feel through the day + thoughts + changes in Body, etc. Others may spend more.

There is a Plant Medicine Ritual component with each Medicine. I suggest spending 15-20min in deeper connection at least once during the 2 week span. The monographs are a meant to act as a resource for you indefinitely, like a book. Each one is about 15-20 pages, which includes recipes + rituals, you have the full 2 weeks to read them - or you may choose to just skim them & read the ritual. And come back to them when you have time! Overall, the intention is for the Medicines to hold you, guide & teach you in your already full life. There is no 'behind' in this offering. Wherever you are is where you are meant to be!

Do you offer Scholarships?
